Return Process

Place the device in its original packaging including all chargers, straps, and manuals to ensure the item is eligible for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device for functionality and condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
